# Welcome to Polysh

> Turn one screen recording into a narrated walkthrough and a step-by-step guide.

Polysh turns a screen recording into two things you can share: a narrated walkthrough and a step-by-step guide. You review the words before anyone else hears them, and your original recording stays intact.

## Your first session

    Polysh is available by team invitation. Sign in with the link your workspace administrator sent.

  <Step title="Record one complete task">
    Capture the screen while you do the work, or start from a recording you already have.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the explanation">
    Edit the script, choose a voice, and decide whether you also want a written guide.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share the result">
    Send the exported video, the guide, or both. You choose who can open the link.
